Multi Technician – Property Maintenance

About the role

Accor is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join its hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all property facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Identify safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, adhering to safety standards and load limits.
• Test and service motors, heaters, controls and other equipment using standard test tools.
• Oversee fire alarm systems in line with established protocols.
• Assist guests with facility‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school education; trade certificate or at least 1 year relevant hands‑on experience.
• Good reading and verbal proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit analysis and load management.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Relevant building‑maintenance experience is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
