Mobile Application Developer

About the role

Rdash is looking for a passionate Mobile Application Developer to join its growing team. You will work on high‑quality Android applications, turning business problems into scalable, clean‑coded solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Android apps using Kotlin, applying Clean Architecture and MVVM patterns.
• Create reusable libraries, define APIs, and build end‑to‑end mobile services.
• Mentor junior engineers and optimise performance through memory management, multithreading, and caching.
• Ensure app readiness for performance, stability, monitoring and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers to estimate, plan and deliver projects in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and SOLID principles.

Required skills

• Kotlin programming language.
• Android SDK with Clean Architecture and MVVM.
• Custom Android views, Canvas drawing and touch handling.
• Dagger2 and Hilt for dependency injection.
• OkHTTP, Retrofit, Room libraries.
• Android Studio Profiler for tracing and profiling.
• Android architecture components.
• Kotlin DSL and Material Design implementation.
• Multithreading, memory management and caching techniques.
• Data structures, algorithms and SOLID principles.
• Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) – a plus.
