About the role
As a Marcom Manager at Hilton you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive visibility, revenue and memorable guest experiences across our hotel portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch property‑specific campaigns across digital, social and branded platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and analyses for Sales and Revenue Management teams.
- Collaborate with department leaders to deliver targeted initiatives that boost guest engagement and revenue.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
- Content creation and brand management.
- Campaign planning, execution and performance analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and hotel systems such as Salesforce and OnQ.
