Maintenance Mechanic – ASRS & Facilities

About the role

PCI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support its ASRS warehouse and broader facilities. The role operates on a 24/7 schedule, providing hands‑on maintenance, repairs, and preventive services across a wide range of equipment and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and other facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues at the component level.
• Execute medium‑scale projects such as painting, spackling, wall repairs, carpentry, and furniture assembly/disassembly.
• Operate rigging equipment for heavy‑load relocation and assist with ASRS crane and conveyor system maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and subject‑matter experts for complex repairs and project execution.
• Maintain Honeywell station modules (HVAC, fire, utilities) and adjust temperature/humidity settings at supervisor security level.
• Document work orders, order parts through PCI’s system, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Official technical education or recognized training in mechanical or facilities maintenance.
• Basic electrical training with ability to perform troubleshooting.
• Experience with ASRS environments and facility equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and collaborate with team members.
• Physical capability for rigging, lifting, and medium‑level construction tasks.
