Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to join our manufacturing facility in Atgaon, Thane. The role involves ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in motors, drives, wiring, and electrical panels.
• Carry out basic electrical wiring, cable management and routine machine upkeep.
• Monitor equipment performance, record maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule timely maintenance interventions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and adhere to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at Atgaon, Thane.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical motors and drives.
• Experience with cable management and basic wiring.
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance best practices.
