Machine Operator – Screen Printing & Laser Cutting

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Machine Operator to join our production floor. You will run both screen printing and laser cutting equipment, ensuring high‑quality output while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor screen printing machines to produce accurate prints.
• Set up, run, and maintain laser cutting machines.
• Achieve daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on all machinery.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and report issues.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Record production data such as output quantity, downtime, and material usage.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily goals.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma in a relevant trade.
• 1–3 years of experience operating screen printing or laser cutting machines.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
