Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Machine Operator to join our Surat facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, running and maintaining production machinery while ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
• Operate equipment safely and monitor performance throughout shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs using hand tools.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee that output meets defined standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for corrective actions.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
