Luxury Butler – Guest Services at a 5‑Star Resort

About the role

The Butler is the primary face of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to guests from pre‑arrival through departure. Working at the St. Regis Goa Resort, you will create bespoke experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage of modern luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored guest services during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure all supporting departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
• Anticipate and proactively address guest requests, building strong rapport.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
