Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead and coordinate all logistics operations for our Bangalore hub, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical and leadership abilities to manage teams, vendors, and processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations via email, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Manage, train and develop the logistics support staff and the Logistics Coordinator team, while controlling attrition among delivery helpers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve errors, cancellations and ensure efficient order and return processing.
• Develop alternative order plans for in‑transit cancellations and oversee route planning to optimise delivery efficiency and cost.
• Negotiate and manage vendor agreements to secure cost‑effective and reliable logistics services.
• Plan vehicle availability and daily manpower requirements to meet delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements, monitor in‑transit damage and reduce occurrences.
• Control repair and installation turn‑around time (TAT) to meet service standards.
• Lead escalation handling, conduct RCA and enforce actionable plans to prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
