Live Online Proctor Apprentice

About the role

ETS is seeking a Live Online Proctor Apprentice to support the delivery of secure, high‑integrity examinations for schools, clients, and organizations worldwide. The apprentice will monitor live/online test sessions, verify candidate identity, and ensure compliance with exam rules.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live examinations from various institutions and flag any irregularities or cheating behavior.
• Validate test‑taker information and images through visual assessment.
• Record accurate timestamps for all violations and document incidents.
• Communicate findings and escalations to supervisors and management.
• Correct, edit, and add violation records as needed.
• Collaborate with a designated mentor and complete assigned training modules.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to exam monitoring.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow guidance from a mentor.
• Effective communication skills with various levels of management.
• Capability to identify and prioritize issues during live sessions.
