Legal Counsel – Dispute Resolution (Off‑Role)

About the role

ABIN Bev, a global beverage leader, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its corporate headquarters in Bangalore. The role focuses on dispute resolution and provides comprehensive legal support across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance and dispute resolution.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, train stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as supplier, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts.
• Identify legal risks, advise on business decisions and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support corporate governance matters, board activities and compliance with corporate laws.
• Assist M&A transactions by conducting due diligence and preparing transaction documents.
• Manage litigation and arbitration, coordinating with external counsel to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver legal training programs to promote compliance and ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
• Minimum 3 years of practicing law with a focus on corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience in dispute resolution, litigation or arbitration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
