About the role

The Lead Surveillance Officer will safeguard high‑value physical assets and the loan portfolio within a gold‑loan business. You will be responsible for preventing fraud, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of branch operations through continuous monitoring and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time CCTV feeds and access logs for all branch vault areas.
• Conduct regular audits of branch operations and gold appraisal processes.
