Lead Specialist, Quality Assurance, TTH

About the role

The Lead Specialist, Quality Assurance, TTH will champion a strong quality culture at the Daman site, aligning local goals with global strategies. You will ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a quality mindset and drive site quality goals in line with global and regional strategies.
• Oversee creation, control, and maintenance of quality documents and policies.
• Monitor food safety performance and manage programs such as HACCP, food defense, and food fraud prevention.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, train auditors, and support external audits to maintain certifications (Kosher, Halal, RSPO, Organic).
• Train employees on food safety and quality system requirements.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Respond to customer requests, provide technical documentation, and manage supplier non‑conformances.
• Lead mock recalls, traceability exercises, and small‑scale quality improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Highly self‑motivated with strong self‑discipline and a structured approach to improvement.
