L2 End User Computing Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled L2 End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide reliable support for enterprise desktop, application, and device environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure smooth operation of user-facing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for EUC environments, handling incidents, service requests, and root‑cause analysis within SLA targets.
• Administer Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy management, and access control.
• Manage Citrix environments for virtual application and desktop delivery.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
• Support SCCM for software distribution, patch management, imaging, and device administration.
• Troubleshoot endpoint configuration, application delivery, device policies, and system performance issues.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and policy adherence across all managed devices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge‑base articles, and environment documentation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem resolution.
• Experience working in enterprise IT support environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
