About the role
We are looking for a proactive KST Executive to support our banquet and kitchen operations at our Goa hotel. You will work closely with stewards, cooks and banquet staff to ensure efficient clean‑up, proper stock levels and a smooth service experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and assist stewards to optimise cleaning processes and maintain documented water temperature and chemical levels.
- Assist with banquet plate‑ups, transport stock, and ensure adequate supplies for buffet service.
- Provide cooks with required items and return cleaned equipment to designated locations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations and trash compactors.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating team members.
- Adhere to company safety, security and uniform standards, and report any incidents.
- Deliver courteous guest service, maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods and moving on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Goa, India.
Required skills
- Operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment (dish‑washer, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing station, trash compactor).
