About the role
Jio is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead strategic B2B relationships in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, retaining existing accounts, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery for major corporate customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and monitor performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Finance, Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, conduct surveys and feedback sessions, and take proactive steps to improve service delivery.
- Drive incremental revenue through new customer acquisition and product penetration, while managing churn and ensuring revenue retention.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and billing collections to achieve zero disputes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- 5‑12 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on strategic and large customers.
- Proven key account management experience in a telecom or related industry.
- Strong customer focus and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
- Good knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
