Junior WordPress Developer – Build Conversion-Focused Sites

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital agency seeking a proactive Junior WordPress Developer to help build conversion‑focused websites for clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with designers, marketers and senior developers to deliver high‑quality, performant sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress sites using themes, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi) and custom templates.
• Customize PHP files, themes and Advanced Custom Fields Pro (including Repeater Fields).
• Implement and configure WooCommerce or other e‑commerce solutions as required.
• Integrate third‑party services via REST APIs.
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimisation and basic SEO.
• Document processes and customisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on WordPress experience through a full‑time role, internship or certified course.
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating practical WordPress knowledge.

Required skills

• WordPress, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery
• PHP editing and theme customisation
• Advanced Custom Fields Pro (Repeater Fields)
• WooCommerce or similar e‑commerce platforms
• REST API integration
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as Shopify or Webflow (optional)
