Junior Recruiter – Performance Marketing & Creative Roles

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to lead hiring for performance marketing, creative, and internal team positions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, digital‑first environments and can source high‑quality talent across a range of functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and produce hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Prior experience hiring for performance marketing, creative, e‑commerce or agency roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative industry positions.
• Excellent sourcing, screening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Preferred experience with startups, agencies or growth‑focused companies.
