Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

BECO is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing content that aligns with its sustainable, eco‑friendly brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life across both digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative assets.
• Develop layouts, typography, and compositions for digital and print materials.
• Support design requirements for various internal projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (candidates with strong portfolios from other backgrounds are also considered).
• 2–3 years of relevant design experience.
• Relevant certifications in design tools are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Good sense of hierarchy and spacing.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital design principles.
