Junior Graphic Designer – Apparel & D2C

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can create wearable graphics that not only look good but also drive sales. You will work closely with marketing to produce high‑performing t‑shirt designs and performance‑oriented ad creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design original, trend‑driven t‑shirt graphics and prepare print‑ready files for DTF, screen printing and embroidery.
• Create social media posts, carousel ads, campaign assets and visuals for websites, marketplaces and quick‑commerce listings.
• Support landing pages, banners, email and WhatsApp creatives.
• Maintain organized file systems in Figma/Drive and perform design quality checks before launch.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaign‑ready creatives on schedule.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel, streetwear or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong visual sense with a focus on conversion‑oriented design.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
