About the role

The Junior Customer Service Executive – Program Management will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing and internal projects within the telecom domain. You will act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams and third‑party partners, ensuring projects meet business objectives, timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple small to mid‑size initiatives, from initiation through closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, timelines and resource needs.
  • Conduct project kick‑off meetings, capture requirements and align expectations with customers.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Identify risks and issues early, implement mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
  • Handle change requests while maintaining alignment with agreed scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project reports, dashboards and status updates according to governance standards.
  • Participate in governance and performance review calls, providing insights for service improvement.
  • Support telecom network implementations and customer migration activities.

Required profile

  • Strong project management, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Self‑driven, adaptable and able to collaborate across multiple time zones, including US shifts.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

  • Good understanding of telecom enterprise networks (data, voice, MPLS, transport).
  • Knowledge of telecom access and customer migration processes.
  • Familiarity with networking and communication technologies.
  • Experience working with telecommunications carriers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with project reporting, dashboard and tracking tools.
