Junior Admin Executive – Up to ₹18k/month, 2‑Year Bond

About the role

We are a fast‑growing edtech platform that equips early‑career professionals with industry‑aligned training and placement support. We are looking for a proactive Junior Admin Executive to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, supporting trainers, learners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, document filing and updating trainee and trainer databases.
• Coordinate logistics for on‑site training sessions, including venue booking, material preparation, attendance tracking and refreshments.
• Assist HR and Operations with onboarding paperwork, exit formalities and internal communications.
• Handle front‑desk inquiries, visitor coordination and office‑supply inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on attendance, resource utilisation and operational bottlenecks for leadership review.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as event coordination, internal surveys and digital content organisation.

Required profile

• Graduates or candidates with basic administrative experience, preferably in edtech or training environments.
• Willingness to commit to a 2‑year bond.
• Full‑time on‑site availability on weekdays.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or LMS platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Strong data‑entry and record‑keeping abilities.
