Java Spring Developer – IT Consulting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Java developer to join our IT consulting team. The role focuses on building robust backend solutions using the Spring ecosystem and delivering high‑performance data access with MS SQL Server.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Write optimized and complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate with version‑control systems (Git) and participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and, when required, orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver incremental value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong expertise with Spring Framework components (Boot, MVC, Security, Data JPA).
• Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server and advanced SQL development.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
