IT Support Specialist – End User Computing

About the role

The End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer provides day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users, ensuring that desktops, laptops, peripherals and collaboration tools operate smoothly. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Windows 7/10 and macOS environments.
• Configure, image, and deploy new desktops and laptops using Microsoft SCCM.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, VOIP phones, video‑conferencing equipment, and other peripherals.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate hardware warranty returns and vendor escalations.
• Support remote users via remote‑desktop tools.
• Implement and monitor compliance measures such as BitLocker encryption and antivirus updates.
• Maintain documentation of hardware/software inventory and compliance data.

Required profile

• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Bilingual capability is a plus.
