IT Support Associate – Service Desk (Bangalore)

About the role
Join Amazon's Global IT Service Desk team in Bangalore, providing 24x7 support to worldwide operations and Amazon Locker services. You will be the first point of contact for internal customers across APAC, EMEA and AMER, helping them resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with internal customers and IT teams across multiple regions.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Troubleshoot end‑user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Adhere to Service Desk goals, including response and resolution SLAs, CSAT targets, and incident management.
- Work rotational shifts as required to meet business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 + year experience in technical support, service desk, Windows support or network support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Desktop, laptop, printer and scanner troubleshooting.
- Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Linux OS troubleshooting.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL‑based ticketing tools.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
