IT Security Governance Coordinator

About the role

The IT Security Governance Coordinator supports the Global IT Security Governance strategy by linking local security heads with the global team and ensuring smooth execution of governance projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining documentation, managing access controls, and driving security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Global IT teams to organise arbitration committees.
• Produce, publish, and maintain documentation for security governance committees.
• Manage access rights and follow‑up on governance platforms.
• Define and deploy the Security Awareness Program, including phishing simulations and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with local Heads of IT Security on global projects and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Optimize processes and documentation for the Global Information & System Security team.
• Process external access requests to Sodexo collaborative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS (Master’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in information security management (entry level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
