IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its technology teams. The role is fully remote and focused on sourcing, engaging, and assessing IT professionals for projects with global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to evaluate overall fit.
• Reach out to potential candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Conduct interviews to verify qualifications, experience, motivations, and logical reasoning.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Specific experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Based in India with advanced English proficiency.
