IT Program Architect – Salesforce & CRM Digital Solutions Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce and CRM digital solutions. You will shape the architectural vision, guide large‑scale programs, and ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overarching architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions, defining standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation aligned with business objectives.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale Salesforce programs, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including complex integrations, ensuring scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce and CRM architecture, leading workshops and presentations.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and drive adoption of new features.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance frameworks, conducting reviews and audits for compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale Salesforce programs and delivering complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
