IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Infrastructure Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to design, implement, manage and secure our office and datacenter environments. The role combines networking, endpoint management and L1/L2 support to ensure a reliable and scalable IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN and wireless networks.
• Manage enterprise firewalls (Cisco, Sophos) and ensure network segmentation and security.
• Administer Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WDS, JumpCloud and Microsoft Intune for identity, device compliance and patch management.
• Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, Macs, printers, mobile devices and business applications.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, inventory, hardware deployment and end‑user assistance.
• Maintain CCTV, biometric and access‑control systems, and support datacenter operations including structured cabling and rack management.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash or Python to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
