Inventory Management Executive (Thane & Santacruz)

About the role

The Inventory Management Executive will ensure accurate inventory records across our client’s retail stores in Thane and Santacruz and coordinate with the factory and warehouse. The role focuses on real‑time stock updates, monitoring movement, and supporting product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the IMS on a real‑time basis.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments and dispatches accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, excess or slow‑moving stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Track material movement between production, warehouse and dispatch.
• Generate inventory and production reports as required.
• Process inter‑store transfers and returns, supporting store teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling an Inventory Management System (IMS) in a retail or factory environment.
• Residency near Thane or Santacruz preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
