Inventory Control Manager (Warehouse & Supply Chain)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and process‑driven Manager / Senior Manager to lead inventory control, audit and compliance across our warehouse and supply‑chain operations in Gurugram. The role will design governance frameworks, conduct regular audits, leverage data and technology to close gaps, and ensure compliance with operational and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement inventory control frameworks, monitor accuracy, shrinkage and reconciliation across warehouses.
• Define cycle‑count schedules, audit cadence and investigate variances, stock adjustments and reconciliation gaps.
• Conduct regular process audits of GRN, put‑away, picking, dispatch and RTV processes; develop SOPs and audit checklists.
• Build automated dashboards and monitoring systems; partner with product and tech teams to implement system‑based controls and exception alerts.
• Design and enforce inventory security protocols, identify pilferage risks and investigate loss incidents.
• Ensure timely processing of RTVs, monitor near‑expiry stock and coordinate liquidation or clearance of excess inventory.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and governance.
• Proven ability to lead audits, develop SOPs and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience working with demand planning, buying and category teams to manage inventory health.
