About the role
Infosys BPM is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its International Voice Process team. The positions involve providing 24/7 voice support to customers across the globe, handling queries, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions promptly.
- Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and performance metrics.
- Work rotational shifts, including US night shifts.
Required profile
- Graduates with 0‑5 years of experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer‑centric attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, rotational shift environment.
