Infrastructure Operations Engineer II

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer II to manage and support its global Secure Transport, Autosys, UAC SaaS (Stone Branch) and NDM scheduling infrastructure. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high availability and security of critical enterprise scheduling services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day BAU support including incident, change, problem and request management.
• Perform proactive health checks, monitor alerts and execute scheduled maintenance to keep the scheduling platform stable.
• Resolve high‑priority, business‑impacting incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with the implementation of new infrastructure components and changes in line with security guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, partners and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity testing and maintain related documentation.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑obsession and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver rapid break‑fix solutions.
• Experience following operational procedures and meeting OLA/SLAs.
• Willingness to work onsite three days a week and remotely two days a week.
