Information Security Analyst – Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join a leading U.S. insurer. The role focuses on identity and access management for mainframe environments, ensuring secure user provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts on mainframe security systems such as RACF.
• Use administration tools like Vanguard, zSecure (PowerTech) to manage security databases.
• Implement and maintain security policies, enforce least‑privilege and role‑based access control.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, IT, and business teams to define access requirements.
• Drive automation of provisioning and de‑provisioning processes.
• Document user accounts, access management procedures, and policies.
• Investigate and remediate access‑related incidents and vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in information security or IAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
