Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist – Walk‑In Drive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Bangalore team through a walk‑in drive. The role focuses on privileged access management, non‑human identities, and end‑to‑end IAM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including vaulting, password rotation, break‑glass access and service/account management.
• Lead at least two IAM projects, delivering full lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Support IAM operations, troubleshoot access issues and integrate across AD, IGA, SSO, PAM and ticketing systems.
• Manage identity governance processes such as joiner‑mover‑leaver flows, access requests, certifications and entitlement reviews.
• Configure and administer directory services, group management and role‑based access controls.
• Implement and maintain Okta SSO, user lifecycle, and application integrations using SAML, OIDC or SCIM.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Proven delivery of at least two IAM projects.
• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and non‑human identity management.
• Experience with IAM operations, automation and scripting.
