Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) in Housekeeping to join the team at ibis Styles Mysuru, India. In this position you will be the backbone of the guest experience, ensuring that every area of the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in assigned guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.
• Safeguard departmental and master keys, following security protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to coordinate services and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform thorough room inspections and quality checks.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping team members and other staff.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards or any matters affecting guest comfort to management.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements as needed.
