As a Housekeeping Associate at JW Marriott Goa, you will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring that every space reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold uniform standards, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
