About the role

Join the hospitality team at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa as a Housekeeping Associate. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies.
• Enter guest rooms, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care (vacuuming, polishing).
• Inspect room appliances for functionality and arrange furniture and décor.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold guest service standards.

Required profile

• No specific educational qualification required (high school diploma or GED not mandatory).
• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull carts and handle items up to 25 lb unaided.
• Capability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
