About the role
The Housekeeping Associate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the hotel. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain rooms and public areas, delivering courteous and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Prepare rooms for new guests, including bed making, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall presentation.
- Handle linen, towels, and amenities, ensuring proper inventory and storage.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant department.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
