Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Haridwar. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining a clean, orderly environment for our guests and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned and presented to the highest standards.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing guest linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing courteous service.
• Maintain organized storage spaces and supply rooms.
• Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures when needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in training activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
