Hotel Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead property‑level marketing initiatives for The St. Regis Mumbai, creating on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the role aims to boost hotel visibility, drive guest engagement and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B leader, operations and regional teams.
• Design and launch targeted promotions for food & beverage outlets to attract both hotel guests and local patrons.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies, overseeing creative and media plans for campaigns.
• Manage F&B media schedules, ensure timely settlement and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with eCommerce and regional marketing teams to align digital, social and PR activities with sales objectives.
• Monitor social media engagement and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising preferred.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
