Highways BIM Designer

About the role

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre is seeking experienced Highways BIM Designers to join its Bangalore office. You will support complex civil and transportation projects by creating and coordinating 2D drawings and BIM models across the Highways discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Produce AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroStation 2‑D drawings and related deliverables for highway projects.
• Contribute to internal design coordination and project development activities.
• Perform self‑checks and quality control to ensure compliance with company and project standards.
• Maintain expertise in all BIM software tools used by the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of industry experience, preferably in the Highways domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil3D and Bentley MicroStation (2–3 years).
• Experience with CDE systems such as Bentley ProjectWise and Autodesk Vault.
• Demonstrated track record in BIM design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
