About the role

Join TTEC as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative handling English voice interactions. You will support healthcare plan members by answering calls and responding through multiple digital channels, providing clear information and compassionate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare plan members and understand their coverage needs.
• Resolve member issues via phone, text, email, social media, and direct messaging.
• Provide accurate product consultations and troubleshoot problems with a friendly attitude.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in US English.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple communication platforms.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
