Head of Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale residential projects, including luxury high‑rise towers and township developments. The role combines strategic planning, on‑site execution, and quality assurance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle from planning through handover for high‑rise and township projects.
• Implement and manage Mivan and aluminium formwork systems to improve construction efficiency.
• Establish and monitor quality control processes aligned with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
• Identify risks, resolve on‑site challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage large multidisciplinary teams, including site engineers and project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in real‑estate construction, especially luxury residential high‑rise and township projects.
• Proven leadership of large teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under high pressure.

• Quality Control (QC) processes and ISO standards.
• ERP systems and project management tools.
• Project planning and execution software.
