About the role
The Guest Services Associate will deliver a consistent, high‑quality service experience to hotel guests, focusing on food and beverage delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests in the assigned area, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the designated place of work.
- Take orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the service station.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues.
- Process billing, manage receipts, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
