Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping, you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of rooms and public areas at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa. You will work closely with the Guest Environment team to ensure every space reflects Marriott’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lb.
