Graphic Designer – Branding, Packaging & Video Editing

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to lead branding, packaging, and marketing creative work for Patcorn Drymix (Tejas). The role combines visual design with basic video editing and works closely with the founders in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, posters, and brand assets.
• Create and refine product packaging designs.
• Produce and edit short video content such as reels and product videos.
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate directly with founders to translate brand strategy into visual solutions.
• Support occasional video editing tasks for internal and external communications.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, preferably in a startup or B2B manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Raipur with the possibility of relocation to Mumbai.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end design projects independently.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week (10 AM – 7 PM) in an office environment.

• Figma (basic UI/UX knowledge)
• Familiarity with AI image tools such as Midjourney or Ideogram
