Full Stack Software Developer (Front‑End Focus)

About the role

Makse Group is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer who will primarily focus on front‑end development while also contributing to back‑end tasks. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining user‑friendly web applications that support the company’s Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of responsive front‑end interfaces using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Participate in architectural discussions and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain back‑end API components (RESTful or GraphQL) and integrate them with the front end.
• Write clean, well‑documented, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Test, debug, and resolve issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in front‑end development with a strong emphasis on JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience building and consuming APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
