Frontend Developer (Vue.js) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to build and maintain high‑performance web applications using Vue.js and React. This remote contract role offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and focuses on delivering responsive, scalable user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high‑performance frontend solutions with Vue.js and React.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and visual designs into responsive web interfaces.
• Implement reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor teammates when needed.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure cohesive product experiences.

Required profile

• Extensive expertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Proven professional experience building complex applications with Vue.js.
• Hands‑on production experience with React.
• Strong CSS/SCSS skills and knowledge of responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and version‑control systems such as Webpack and Git.
