About the role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing the reception area, handling communications, and supporting daily administrative tasks in a fast‑moving office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including office supplies and reception area upkeep.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and office records.
- Provide occasional support to HR and administrative teams.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front‑office or receptionist duties.
- Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
